Anthony Green shared his Catholic boarding school experience, and ultimately found Islam. Alhamdulillah.
I had the experience of attending a Anglican missionary school during my teenage days. Being a young Muslim, it was challenging but interesting.
Why interesting? It made me ponder why Christians do what they do. Some rituals felt almost pagan although the Father was always explaining the significance of it.
My schoolmates were the nicest of people, though there were some nasty students and teaching staff trying to sway my faith. We also had a Jew classmate and the typical Asian cocktail mix of Buddhism, Hinduism and Taoism.
This story is inspiring. May Allah allow Bro. Nouman Ali Khan to do an interview with Bro. Robert and inspire others.
A beautiful snip from a little Muslim girl. A nice change from the Sheikhs and Ustazs.
Did not mean to be rude, but if selfies are too last century for you, you may want to go film yourself instead. This is your automatic cameraman. You can mount your camera or camcorder (5lbs max) on it and it will record you, with 360 pan even if you are running (traveling) at 143mph and 2000ft away.
Started from a kickstarter project, Soloshot has now a second version. I am not a fan of 1st launch always trying to be safe side, after all it ships all the way from the other end of the globe with no local warranty.
Sportsmen, Parents, Teachers, Presenters, Film Makers.
A wide range of use.
For sports usage especially, honestly, there is only so much POV I can handle. A zoomed out view describing the skate moves much appreciated.
Most importantly for me, a highly charged presenter/lecturer who likes to walk up/down the floor and aisle will not tax the camera operator.
No auto tilt. Comes in a 4x4x16″ 6lbs box, costing US$79 for International Shipping.
