Humans: creatures of habit
Initially, it made me wonder…why pray 5 times a day, and the dzikrs after the prayers, and the encouragement to do dzikrs whenever possible and why its sunnah to fast Monday, Thursday and to give 100% to our parents and to never even say “Uff!” and the various dua and supplications available from the moment we were wake up in the morning and go to bed (momentary death).
The Messenger(PBUH) was sent as an example and no better example to guide mankind and to instill good habits. This was evident in how the sunnah’s were passed down methodically. The mannerism and speech
Aristotle: We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence is not an act, but a habit.
It is the importance of practicing good habits. Ultimately, all Muslims know why we are here on Earth. How we get there to Jannah, and what distracts us away from our goals and objectives.
Allah is always aware of our good intentions so continue to do good even if it goes unnoticed or unappreciated. Remember that every single good deed counts and that your reward is with Allah.
